The home defeat has been put behind them, and Emma Villas Codyeco Lupi Siena has already returned to training ahead of the long away match in Taranto, scheduled for Sunday, November 30th at 6:00 PM. Coach Petrella’s players will continue to alternate weight training sessions with workouts on the Taraflex to best prepare for the match against the Apulian team.
Despite the defeat, the players have improved technically and are proving they are up to the task in an increasingly competitive Serie A2. Individually, middle blocker Victorio Ceban continues to be among the best in blocking (18 blocks in the last three matchdays), while veterans Gabriele Nelli and Luigi Randazzo have both surpassed the record of 500 career blocking attacks.
