Diego Frascio will wear the MINT Vero Volley Monza jersey also in the 2025-2026 season. After being integrated last January with the first men’s team, with which he played the second half of the SuperLega championship as a protagonist, the young opposite from Romagna – who this year finished his youth career – is ready to experience his first real season in Serie A1.
Born and raised in Rimini, Frascio took his first steps in the world of volleyball at the age of 7 in his hometown, before moving to Porto Robur Costa Ravenna. In the 2020/2021 season he returned home playing for Dinamo Pallavolo Bellaria. In the 2022/2023 season he made the big leap by moving to Monza where he joined the youth sector of the Consortium with which he achieved many satisfactions.
“Next season I expect to grow even more thanks to the support of my teammates – Frascio’s words – many of whom I have already met during the final phase of this year. I can’t wait to start work and officially be part of the first team from the beginning of 2025/2026. The one just ended was a difficult season in which I tried to give a hand to the team to the best of my ability. My integration with the big boys was really easy because I found an environment that immediately made me feel part of a family and it will certainly be the same next year”.
