After a significant away win, Domotek Volley returns home with three crucial points in the standings. Among the key players in the victory on the difficult court in Terni was middle blocker Andrea Innocenzi, with whom we reviewed the match and looked ahead to the next challenging match.
“It was a very tough away game. Terni has a beautiful arena, a very warm climate, and is a good team, against which many teams struggle and will struggle. To be honest, we also struggled in the first set, and also in the fourth. We did well not to give up after the first set, and indeed to respond with a strong second and third set. Then we were even better at holding the scoreline in the fourth set. These three points weigh heavily and are doing us a lot of good.”
How am I? “Better. I’m still slowly recovering from the two injuries I had, so I’m trying to improve my condition. I’m not at my best yet, but I always try to give my all for the team.”
