A press conference to talk about the joint venture between Emma Villas Siena and the Lupi di Santa Croce. The name of the team that will take part in the next A2 series volleyball championship has been announced: the team will be called Emma Villas Codyeco Lupi Siena. The team will play some matches in Siena and other matches in Santa Croce sull’Arno.
“This is a long-term initiative, by joining forces we will develop a broader project – declared the President of Emma Villas Siena, Giammarco Bisogno. – This synergy will guarantee stability. I believe it can be considered an innovative and courageous choice, and I believe that we must have courage, and it was in any case an essential necessity. We will carry forward a Tuscan area project, we are obviously already working to set up an important and strong team”.
Ancora Bisogno: “It will be a very tiring and demanding journey, but we will continue on this path. I am used to thinking that you always have to take a step as long as your leg. The goal is to create a regional sports, social and entrepreneurial hub.
“We are creating something for the future,” said Alberto Lami, president of the Lupi di Santa Croce. “I believe this is an important step forward. Sports clubs are businesses and must be managed as such. Taking them forward and managing them requires a commitment of resources, time and people.
