Cisterna Volley officially welcomes Tommaso Barotto, opposite hitter born in 2005, fresh from his first significant season with Allianz Milano in SuperLega Credem Banca, where in addition to having accumulated experience in the top division, he also made his debut in the Cev Champions League, taking the MVP title in his first match against Knack Roeselare. With his 212 cm height and an elevation that brings him to attack at 341 cm, Barotto fits into the roster led by coach Daniele Morato, completing the opposite hitter department where he will also find the other young Italian talent Tommaso Guzzo.

«I approach this new adventure in Cisterna with great desire and determination – says Tommaso Barotto – We are a young team, with experienced players but above all a lot of energy and hunger. It will be important to face each day with character and with the goal of growing together. This new opportunity in the top division is so valuable to me, it is a call that I hoped for and wanted. I am happy that it came from Cisterna, a serious club that has always shown ambition, as demonstrated last season with the playoffs and the good performance seen against Trento. I am enthusiastic to be part of this project.”
