A.S. Volley Lube announces that it has extended the contract with spiker Eric Loeppky for another two years. Following a previous agreement through 2026, the Italian runner-up club has secured the Canadian international’s services through 2028. Fresh from three consecutive Scudetto finals, the first with Monza and the other two with Civitanova, the player lifted the 2025 Del Monte® Coppa Italia with Lube, reached the 2025 Challenge Cup Final, and earned qualification for the CEV Champions League and the Del Monte® Supercoppa for two consecutive seasons.
Known for his flashes of class in attack and his serve variations, Loeppky was among the key players in reaching the Scudetto Finals.
Last year, between the Regular Season and the Playoffs, Eric scored 363 points: 291 attack points, 40 serving points, and 32 block points.
Eric Loeppky’s satisfaction after his two-year extension with Lube:
“I’m truly honored and excited to stay with Lube. I’m coming off two positive years with the club, and I hope this is just a taste of what this team can achieve in the future. Living in the Marche region is wonderful for my family, and Civitanova is starting to become a second home for us. We’re happy in every way.”
