ErmGroup Volley Altotevere had another runway show in the Tifernate area, logistically close to the previous Saturday’s Festival of Nations. This time, the Mattonata district, a historic neighborhood in Città di Castello, included the presentation of the leading volleyball team in the Tuscan-Umbrian region bordering the Tiber River on its celebration menu. It took place on the evening of September 13th, somewhat marred by less than favorable weather conditions, but the players and coaches of the white-and-blue team still paraded through Piazza delle Tabacchine. They were greeted with applause and the usual “good luck” wishes from the many in attendance for the upcoming Credem Banca Serie A3 championship, which awaits them in just over a month. Captain Jacopo Biffi and coach Marco Bartolini spoke again, outlining their ambitious goals for a season that promises to be both interesting and challenging.
