The time has come for the category trophy in Serie A2 Credem Banca. The Del Monte® Coppa Italia A2 opens this weekend with the Round of 16, best of three games. Four teams will be on the field tomorrow, Saturday 5 April. It starts at 18:00 on the taraflex of the PalaCatania with Cosedil Acicastello, eliminated by Brescia in the Play Offs, ready to host Campi Reali Cantù, twelfth force of the Regular Season. Also on Saturday, at 20:00, after exiting the scene from the Play Offs with Siena, Consar Ravenna meets Macerata Fisiomed MC in the Coppa Banca, eleventh in the Regular Season. The other two matches are scheduled for Sunday 6 April, both with first serve at 18:00. Abba Pineto, eighth at the end of the first phase, hosts the visit of Smartsystem Essence Hotels Fano, a rival who closed the Regular Season with only one position behind the Abruzzese. At the same time, Evolution Green Aversa, which in the Play Off against Cuneo was unable to play with the resourcefulness shown during the season, is looking for redemption with Delta Group Porto Viro, fresh from tenth place in the general classification. The four teams that manage to win two matches in the series of the Round of 16 will face off in a single match in the Quarter Finals against the semifinalists of the promotion play-offs.
