This is the fourth match in 14 days, and the third in this span at home. Kick-off is scheduled for Saturday, December 13th, at 5:30 PM, between Campi Reali Cantù and Abba Pineto. Undefeated at home, the Abruzzo team has had a more inconsistent away form, having won only in Porto Viro and a tie-break. However, they arrive on the back of a solid 3-0 victory against Rinascita Lagonegro.
Coach Alessio Zingoni presents the match as follows: “Pineto is a very strong team. They have impressive numbers, especially on serve, where they manage to score many direct points. They have experienced and winning players, especially Allik and Krauchuck, not to mention Di Silvestre, whom I had the opportunity to coach in Santa Croce. In short, they are a top-level team, and we must attack them immediately to try to put some pressure on them. We will have to play without too many worries, as we have nothing to lose.”
