The middle blocker Gianluca Galassi, the opposite hitter Alessandro Bovolenta and the libero Domenico Pace of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza, are among the 18 players called up by the Technical Commissioner Ferdinando De Giorgi for a training camp of the Italian men’s national team that will be held in Cavalese, in the province of Trento, from Saturday 5 July to Friday 11 July.
The men’s national team of Ferdinando De Giorgi will therefore immediately return to work. The Azzurri, fresh from Week 2 of the Volleyball Nations League played in Chicago, which saw them protagonists with three victories (Poland, China and USA) out of four matches played, will meet in Val di Fiemme for a training camp in view of Week 3 of the VNL, scheduled in Ljubljana (Slovenia) from 16 to 20 July where they will face Serbia, Ukraine, Slovenia and the Netherlands.
The Final Eight will be played in China, in Ningbo from 30 July to 3 August.
