The Under 14 team of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza will be playing from tomorrow, Friday 23 May to Sunday 25 May, in Fano in the Final Eight of the Del Monte® Boy League.
After last year’s success, the Del Monte® Boy League will once again be playing in Fano: eight of the best Under 14 teams in Serie A will be on the field, including Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza, which won the preliminary round C, played in Piacenza and which also included Modena, Reggio Emilia and Ravenna, thus earning its ticket to the final phase of the 26th edition of the “Coppa Enrico Bazan”, an event organised by Lega Pallavolo Serie A. A stage of absolute importance for young volleyball players.
The event is organised by Lega Pallavolo Serie A, in collaboration with FIPAV, with the Virtus Fano company and with the Municipality of Fano, together with the Apav Calcinelli-Lucrezia company. Two facilities will host the matches: the Palasport Allende in Fano (main field) and the Palasport Cercolani in Lucrezia di Cartoceto.
The eight teams that will compete for the Italian title are divided into two groups: Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza is included in group F together with Itas Trentino, Romeo Sorrento and Kioene Padova. Group G is instead composed of Cucine Lube Civitanova, MA Acqua S. Bernardo Cuneo, Diavoli Rosa Brugherio and Sir Susa Vim Perugia.
