Another important confirmation for this season concerns the role of the middle blockers, and it bears the name of our gentle giant: Bara Fall! Banca Macerata Fisiomed starts again from him, from his grit and determination demonstrated in these two years. Indeed, Coach Giannini and the company hope that this is only a starting point to continue to grow and improve together.
Bara, born in Dakar (Senegal) in 1997, found his second home in Italy right away. His first experiences in our country date back to the 2013/2014 season, when he joined the youth sector of the former Copra Volley Piacenza. He then continued his growth path in Emilia-Romagna, in Ongina, to later land in professional volleyball: first in Serie A2 in Tuscania, then in Serie A3 with WiMore Parma. It was in that year that he attracted the attention of the Macerata scouting team.
Expectations for him were high, but Bara was able to confirm himself also in red and white, demonstrating all his strength and value, deserving the number 10 jersey also for the next season. After all, the numbers speak for themselves: 954 points scored in his career in Serie A, with 264 winning blocks to his credit.
