For the third consecutive season, young spiker Gianmarco Italia will be part of the Avimecc Modica roster, which will begin preparations for the Serie A3 championship in September.
Despite numerous requests, the 2007-born player has the opportunity to continue his development with the “Galletti” and compete in a championship with a very high technical level, the Third Division.
“I’m very proud to continue playing for Avimecc Modica,” says Gianmarco Italia. “I feel the management and coaching staff have faith in me, and I’ll try to repay them with my full commitment in training. Whenever Coach Distefano calls upon me, I’ll try to be ready. This year, too,” he continues, “I’ll be the smallest player on the roster and will give 110%, taking to heart all the advice my more experienced and experienced teammates give me to help me grow. I’ll try to contribute my best to the team in reaching our goals, which,” Italia concludes, “are becoming increasingly ambitious every year.”
