After the week of preparation in Canada, which saw the Italian National Team face the Canadian one again in two friendly matches (two victories for Italy, the first 3-1 and the second at the tie-break), it is time for the Volleyball Nations League 2025 for the Azzurri, who are waiting for the commitments of Week 2.

The United States, in particular Chicago, will be the venue for the second week of challenges in the VNL, with Italy making their debut tomorrow, Wednesday 25 June (7:30 pm Italian time) against Poland (currently leading the general ranking), with live coverage on DAZN and VBTV.

Then, three more matches for Giannelli and his teammates: on Friday 27, at 11:00 pm, the match against China, followed 24 hours later by the match against Brazil. Week 2 will close with a match against the hosts of the United States (at 2:30 on Monday 30 June).

Compared to Week 1, there are five new additions to Ferdinando De Giorgi’s roster, who will be able to count on: Fabio Balaso, Gianluca Galassi, Daniele Lavia, Alessandro Michieletto and Riccardo Sbertoli. The five athletes have taken the place of Domenico Pace, Simone Anzani, Francesco Sani, Francesco Recine and Mattia Boninfante.
