President Lucio Fusaro and General Manager Fabio Lini had promised a new arrival under the Allianz Powervolley Milano tree, and just that happened. Karen Masajedi, a very young (born in 2007) Japanese spiker/opposite hitter, 205 cm tall, who will turn 19 on January 28th, has landed in the Lombardy capital. This is Masajedi’s first experience abroad and on a professional club team, coming directly from Senshu University, the school where, among others, Osaka’s Masato Kai, Perugia’s opponent in the Club World Cup final, was trained.
