The red and white setter Mattia Boninfante will take part in the training camp in Calabria with the Italian National Team group that will face the 2025 Universiade. The athlete from Cucine Lube Civitanova has in fact been called up with thirteen other players in Camigliatello Silano, in the province of Cosenza, for the training camp starting tomorrow, Friday 27 June. The technical director and coach of the Azzurri for the Universiade, Vincenzo Fanizza, will work with the selected players until 4 July. After the excellent season with Lube, an important result for the Italian vice-champion who has secured the call-up to the continental event starting in mid-July in Germany.
