The Serie A2 Tinet Prata coaching staff has been enriched by the addition of a highly skilled professional. Namely, Nicola Baldon, who will serve as Coach Mario Di Pietro’s right-hand man next season as assistant coach. Baldon, born in 1971, brings many years of top-level experience both as a scout and as an assistant coach. He has served in Serie A for eight seasons, gaining extensive experience at Padova, where he earned promotion to the Superleague in 2014. He then spent another four seasons in the Superleague. His collaboration with Mario Di Pietro is nothing new, as Baldon has previously served as assistant coach to Noventa Padovana, both at Montecchio and Porto Viro. In addition to Volley Valsugana, Baldon has also served as head coach at these two clubs. As a scout, he is also known for his work with the U20 Men’s and U16 Women’s national teams. In short, a well-rounded profile that will certainly provide further skills to the yellow and blue technical staff.
