Amir Tizi-Oualou is Modena Volley’s new setter for the 2025/2026 season. A French talent born in 2005, one of the most followed young players in the world, he joins the yellow-blue team. Having developed in Montpellier, he particularly stood out with Tourcoing Lille Métropole in the French top division. He is currently a member of the French national team for the VNL, a trophy the French team also won in 2024. Tizi-Oualou’s career highlights include winning the Under-22 European Championship (where he beat Italy in the final, earning the MVP and best setter titles of the competition), as well as a French Cup (also MVP) and a French Super Cup.
