Ahead of Week 3 of the Volleyball Nations League, which will see Italy compete in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from July 16 to 20, the final week of competition before the Finals scheduled for July 30 to August 3 in Ningbo, China, the Italian National Team Coach has released the squad list for the matches against Serbia, Ukraine, Slovenia, and the Netherlands. Italy currently sits in third place in the overall standings after the first two weeks of matches, behind only Brazil and Poland.

The first match of Week 3 will see Giannelli and his teammates face Serbia on Wednesday, July 16 (4:30 p.m.), followed by the match against Ukraine 24 hours later. The match against hosts Slovenia is scheduled for Saturday, July 19th (at 8:30 PM), while the third week of matches for the Azzurri will conclude with the match against the Netherlands on Sunday, July 20th at 4:30 PM.
