Modena Volley’s roster for the 2025/26 season has been officially announced. It represents a blend of experience and young talent, both present and future. The main changes are at setter, with the arrivals of Frenchman Amir Tizi-Oualou and Argentinean Matías Giraudo, born in 1998. The opposite hitter will once again feature the reinstated Paul Buchegger and Ahmed Ikhbayri. At center, Modena’s Luca Tauletta joins the confirmed world champion Simone Anzani, Giovanni Sanguinetti, and Pardo Mati. Among the spikers, new signings include Luca Porro, a key player in the VNL with Italy, and Brazilian Arthur Bento. Jacopo Massari and Vlad Davyskiba, key players in coach Alberto Giuliani’s team for next season, will also remain. Finally, the liberos include Filippo Federici, who has been retained, and Luke Perry, a star of the Australian national team, has joined the yellow-blue team.
