With the conclusion of the volleyball transfer window, the EnergyTime Spike Devils Campobasso roster has been finalized. Coach Giuseppe Bua will have fourteen players at his disposal, with five confirmed players who, in addition to their permanent roster, have also decided to change their uniform numbers. Only one, director Antonio Del Fra, has remained faithful to his preferred number: six.
Among the rest of the nine newcomers, the first to wear the number two in April is Bulgarian fullback Kaloyan Valchinov. He is followed by Lombard libero Luca Consonni at three, and then opposite hitter Michele Ciampa at four. Director Pietro Melato from Emilia will continue to wear the number five.
The number nine will be worn by Lombardy native Matteo Salvador, returning to Italy after his NCAA experience, while the number of perfection (10) will be worn by Ligurian Alessandro Graziani. Regardless of any superstitions, central defenders Alessandro Arienti and Diego Bartolini will be wearing numbers 13 and 17 respectively, while Riccardo Aretz will be wearing numbers 21, a further four-digit jump.
