It’s finally starting again. On Monday, August 25th, Rinascita Volley Lagonegro will officially kick off the 2025/2026 season with the First Team’s training camp.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 pm at the Kiris Hotel in Viggiano, where President Nicola Carlomagno, Sporting Director Nicola Tortorella, and the entire management team will deliver the traditional welcome address to the group in front of the press and supporters.
AN ANTICIPATED GATHERING – The day will include a welcome for the new team and coaching staff, as well as an initial organizational meeting with the management.
There is great anticipation and curiosity throughout the team for the welcome of the new signings and the reunion of the confirmed players, who are spending the last few days of their summer vacation and will travel to Val d’Agri in the coming days to begin their actual training.
Things will get serious on Tuesday the 26th: Waldo Kantor and his staff have scheduled the first training sessions, split between the weight room in the morning and athletic and ball-playing work in the afternoon, preparatory to the long training cycle that will follow in the coming days and weeks. The usual medical checks are scheduled for Saturday, August 30th.
