The Under 14 team of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza is among the best four teams in Italy.
Engaged in Fano in the Final Eight of the Del Monte® Boy League – 26th edition of the “Coppa Enrico Bazan”, the red and white team came first in their group and earned the pass to play the Semifinals scheduled for tomorrow morning at 10:30.
Their opponent is Allianz Diavoli Rosa Brughiero, second in group G behind Civitanova. The winners in the afternoon at 5:00 pm will play the 1st-2nd place Final at the Palasport Allende in Fano, while the losers will be the protagonists of the 3rd-4th place Final at 3:00 pm.
The red and white team was included in group F together with Itas Trentino, Romeo Sorrento and Kioene Padova. After the victorious debut on Friday afternoon with Itas Trentino 2-1 (25-18, 25-21, 23-25), this morning the young red and whites beat Romeo Sorrento 3-0 (25-12, 25-21, 25-9) and in the afternoon they beat Kioene Padova again 3-0 (25-7, 25-22, 25-21) closing in first place with eight points in their group and earning the pass to the Semifinals.
