Plus Volleyball Sabaudia is preparing for the training camp ahead of the start of physical preparation. The men’s Serie A3 volleyball championship is upon us, and the Pontine club will meet on September 1st in Sabaudia. Coach Stefano Beltrame, making his debut as Sabaudia coach, will be supported by assistant coach Guido Frostino and athletic trainer Andrea Granini. Interest is growing in sporting director Paolo Torre’s team, which is the only Lazio team competing in this championship.
“After the training camp on September 1st, we’ll immediately begin working on the athletic aspect, because it’s crucial to arrive at the championship in good condition,” explains coach Stefano Beltrame, the new coach of Plus Volleyball Sabaudia. “We want to be as ready as possible from the very first days, and this necessarily requires targeted work: in recent weeks, we’ve had several meetings with the athletes, and each one has been given a personalized program. I’m very keen for everyone to arrive prepared, because good individual condition means we can work better together.”
