The holidays are over for Volley Altotevere athletes, both the senior team and the youth sector. Indeed, the latter will officially kick off the 2025/26 season on the afternoon of Monday, August 25th, with a gathering at 6:30 pm at the San Giustino sports hall, followed by a social gathering at the Tankard restaurant in Città di Castello. Specifically, the Under-19 and Under-17 teams, who are also registered for the Serie C and Serie D regional championships, will begin their training under the guidance of first coach Elvidio D’Agostino and second coach Mirco Torelli. The sporting director of the white-and-blue youth sector, Leonardo Benedetti, also announced that the youngest Under-12 players will begin their activities in conjunction with the start of the school year, therefore in mid-September.
On Wednesday, August 27th, it will be ErmGroup Altotevere’s turn, participating in the Credem Banca Serie A3 championship for the fourth consecutive season, having returned to the White Group. The program, which will also be followed on Thursday the 28th and Friday the 29th with a weekend break, includes two daily sessions: weights in the morning at the San Giustino sports hall and physical and technical training in the afternoon at the Pampaloni sports center in Fighille di Citerna.
