Six double sessions from Monday to Saturday featuring a variety of workouts, including beach volleyball and recovery sessions in the pool.

The start of preparation at EnergyTime Spike Devils Campobasso has left—in the words of coach Giuseppe Bua—a particularly positive assessment of what has been the first week of training for the Rossoblu.

“We’re working hard with the right amount of enthusiasm and focus,” he explained, “and we can already clearly see the characteristics of a group with character and a great desire. This is still a phase of construction, and obviously we need to move at a steady pace without rushing things.”

For their part, the Campobasso players began their training at the PalaIpia between Friday and Saturday, where they will remain for the upcoming second week of training (also featuring double sessions on Monday and Saturday).

At Vinchiaturo—where the team will play in the league—work is underway on the final details of the court, and from September 14th, it will effectively be the Rossoblù’s home.
