Taranto welcomes Luca Lorusso, a spiker born in 2000, 190 cm of pure grit and talent, a new addition for the 2025/26 season.
Born and raised in the red and white youth team of Molfetta, Lorusso is an authentic product of the Apulian territory. From his first steps in the youth teams he showed great potential, making his debut in Serie C at just over seventeen and contributing as a protagonist to the promotion in the 2019-20 season. From there, three solid Serie B championships, two playoffs as a protagonist, and a season of great growth in CUS Bari.
With an excellent attacking shot and extraordinary elevation, Luca is an athlete in constant growth: in recent years he has literally established himself as one of the most promising talents of Apulian volleyball.
