Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza won’t be fully equipped until October, but with just a few days to go until preparations begin, the packed summer testing schedule is already proving to be a great appetizer for red and white fans.
Four test matches are scheduled, including two against SuperLega rivals and two against teams competing in the A2 championship. Last but not least, two four-way tournaments: the first in Modena, the second in Jesi.
The first test at the PalabancaSport will be held on Saturday, September 13th, with the red and whites’ debut against Modena. Coach Dante Boninfante’s men will also play at home on Friday, September 26th against Brescia, an A2 team.
Away from the PalabancaSport, Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza will play on Saturday, September 20th in Modena and on Wednesday, October 8th in Prata di Pordenone, an A2 team.
The red and whites will be involved in two four-way tournaments. On October 4th and 5th, Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza will be playing in the Modena Tournament against Modena, Verona, and Cuneo, while their final outing before their official league debut will see the red and whites compete on October 11th and 12th at the PalaTriccoli for the Città di Jesi Trophy against Allianz Milano, Cucine Lube Civitanova, and Yuasa Battery Grottazzolina.
