The ribbon has been cut, and now our attention turns to the field. The ABBA Pineto Volley team was presented this morning (Saturday) at Villa Filiani in Pineto. The team will be competing in the 2025/26 Serie A2 Credem Banca championship for the third consecutive season, on October 19th.
The presentation included remarks by the Mayor of Pineto, Alberto Dell’Orletta, the President of ABBA Pineto, Guido Abbondanza, the City Councilor for Sport, Camilla Scianitti, and the President of the FIPAV Abruzzo Committee, Mattia Di Gregorio. The team was presented, and for the second year under coach Simone Di Tommaso, it will be competing in the second division championship, debuting next Sunday, October 19th (at 6:00 PM) in front of a crowd at Pala Santa Maria against Emma Villas Siena.
