Following their victory in the final against Osaka Blueton at the 2025 Club World Championship, held in Belem, Brazil, Sir Sicoma Monini Perugia continues its celebrations, having secured the title for the third time in their history, following victories in 2022 and 2023.
Perugia is Club World Champion for the third time.
The team coached by Angelo Lorenzetti, who will now return to Italy to prepare for their December 26th away match against Cisterna Volley, a match valid for the 13th round of the SuperLega Credem Banca, was able to celebrate this important continental triumph.
Here are the comments from the Block Devils protagonists:
Gino Sirci (President of Sir Sicoma Monini Perugia): “We won and impressed, a tactically very good match. It’s worth highlighting a fantastic performance: we played the perfect game. Perhaps no trophy has been won as deservedly as this one. A great achievement: three Club World Championships won for Umbria and Perugia is a great achievement. It was a very difficult Club World Cup; I wasn’t expecting such a high level.”
