The start of the Scudetto Final is ever closer!

The Block Devils are ready to face their eighth Final in the club’s history, building on the work they’ve put in throughout the season. This season has never been more packed with commitments and close matches: the team competed for every possible trophy, five out of five, resulting in a schedule more compressed than ever before.

The Block Devils have also been protagonists in Europe: as reigning champions, they dominated the Champions League group stage, which began on December 10th and ended with them topping Pool C. In the subsequent quarterfinal stage, the Block Devils prevailed in both matches against Las Palmas, once again securing their place in the Champions League Final Four. They are ready to defend the title they won last season in Łódź, Poland, over the two-day tournament in Turin, on May 16th and 17th.

And while international commitments have confirmed the team as a top-notch force, the Sir Susa Scai Perugia team also enjoyed a top-notch season in the Italian Championship, advancing with authority and character through victories, so much so that they won the regular season with a day to spare and a 10-point lead over Rana Verona, who finished second.
Sir Susa Scai Perugia has won 20 of their 22 matches in the regular season, and the consistency of results continued into the first round of the playoffs, with the quarterfinals against Monza being won in three games.

Kamil Semeniuk, in his fourth consecutive season with Sir, describes this moment as a mix of excitement and pressure: “I think right now I feel both excitement and pressure. This is a moment we all wanted to reach, so reaching the final is already a great result, but there’s still a step to go, and I think we’re ready to do it.”

Massimo Colaci, meanwhile, has been to all eight Scudetto finals for President Gino Sirci’s club. This year, he achieved an absolute milestone both personally and in the club’s history in terms of permanence. In his ninth consecutive season, the Juventus libero emphasizes the value of all the work done throughout the season, and this, in his opinion, is the most important thing to take with him into this final: “The important thing, in my opinion, is enjoy it, try to give your best, especially in those things that depend on us
