Group awareness – The emotions this year were many and strong. I thanked the coaching and medical staff because we had a difficult season, but we did a good job of never making the boys feel the strain of problems or absences, giving them the confidence we had at the beginning of the year in those who needed to play a little more. This helped us stay on track and gave us a little more awareness of the team’s technical and moral qualities.
