It’s time for Daniel Pérez to start over. The Spanish athletic trainer, born in 1995 in Las Palmas Gran Canaria, is preparing for his fourth season with Atlantide Pallavolo Brescia, a team he has enthusiastically embraced and with which he has built a path of constant growth.
Before arriving in Italian volleyball, Pérez gained significant experience in Spain. After two seasons in soccer in Gran Canaria, with UD Las Palmas—initially as an athletic trainer for a youth team and subsequently as part of the first team’s medical staff, which led to their promotion from Serie B to La Liga—he chose to dedicate himself to volleyball.
For three seasons, he worked at CV Guaguas Las Palmas, one of the most prestigious clubs in Spanish volleyball, winner of the national championship and also a Champions League contender. This experience allowed him to consolidate his high-level skills before arriving in Brescia.
“I feel very comfortable here today,” says Pérez, “both with the club and the city. I’m really happy to start this new season and work with the new group of players.”
