The curtain has officially risen on the 2026/2027 season for Rinascita Volley Lagonegro. On the final day of the Volley Market, held today at the Zanhotel & Meeting Centergross in Bentivoglio (Bologna), the Lega Pallavolo Serie A presented the schedule for the 82nd Credem Banca Serie A Championship, outlining the path awaiting the red and white team in its second consecutive Serie A2 season.
Rinascita’s adventure will kick off on Sunday, October 18th, with an away match against Brescia, while their debut in front of the public at Villa d’Agri is scheduled for the following Sunday, October 25th, when captain Fortunato and teammates will host newly promoted Reggio Emilia.
Among the fixtures to be circled in red is the first derby of the season against Napoli, scheduled for Sunday, November 8th, while two weeks later, on November 22nd, the other newly promoted team, Reggio Calabria, will be at the Palasport di Villa d’Agri. Also highly anticipated are the matches on December 20th against Grottazzolina, relegated from the SuperLega, and the one on the 27th against Puglia’s Gioia del Colle.
