With the 48th edition of the Del Monte® Final Four now over, it’s time to analyze the two-day event at the Unipol Arena—from a performance and data perspective.

Theo Faure took center stage in terms of points scored, scoring 37 points over the two matches played by Itas Trentino: 24 in the semifinal, 13 in the final.

Noumory Keita, meanwhile, had four aces between the semifinal (1) and final (3). Paolo Porro also had the same number, scoring four service winners, all in the semifinal against Itas Trentino.

Rana Verona had sixteen blocks, while Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza had thirteen. José Miguel Gutierrez (four personal blocks), Alessandro Bovolenta, and Paolo Porro (three blocks each) stood out. But above all, it’s worth highlighting the performance of Simon Torwie, middle blocker for Itas Trentino, who recorded six blocks in the two-day Bologna event, evenly split between the two matches.

The two-day event also marked the return of Daniele Lavia (Itas Trentino), who celebrated his 150th appearance for the Dolomites in Lega Pallavolo Serie A competitions.
