Julius Firkal Called Up to the Slovakian National Team!
Another prestigious achievement for Atlantide Pallavolo Brescia. Spiker Julius Firkal has been officially called up to the Slovakian men’s national team to participate in the training camp for the 2026 CEV European Championships.
The white-and-blue athlete is scheduled to report to Žilina on July 31st, where the team led by Head Coach Michal Masný will begin training camp. The buildup to the European Championships includes several weeks of training, including international tests against Australia, Switzerland, and Estonia, before the final phase of the continental tournament, scheduled for September 9th to 26th in Italy.
This call-up represents an important recognition for Julius Firkal, who has been recognized for his growth and is invited to wear the national team jersey in one of the most prestigious events on the European scene.
