The two-legged tie for the Serie A3 Credem Banca Playoff Quarterfinals begins on the weekend of April 4 and 5, 2026. Three matches are scheduled, all live-streamed on Legavolley YouTube. The winners of each round will then advance to the semifinals, along with the losing team from the Serie A3 Credem Banca Playoff, either Reggio Emilia or Reggio Calabria, who are tied 1-1 after the first two rounds. Like the Round of 16, the Quarterfinals consist of a first and second leg, with a possible Golden Set to be played after the second match.
