Pallavolo La Bollente continues to build its roster for next season and announces the arrival of young spiker Gabriele Gatti.

Born in Modena in 2007, the talented winger arrives in Piedmont after a steadily growing career that saw him mature in one of the most prestigious and competitive youth sectors in Italy. He grew up entirely in the Modena Volley youth system, where he played in the Serie B championships and the Junior League over the past two seasons. Now, he’s making the leap to senior volleyball with the Modena jersey, ready to bring his energy.

Gabriele introduces himself to his new club, talking about his career and his first steps in volleyball:

“I started playing volleyball at the age of 12, directly in the youth teams of Modena Volley, where I’ve never moved. Here, I achieved two important results that I cherish: a wonderful relegation from Serie B in the 2024/2025 season and two consecutive third-place finishes in the Junior League national finals, achieved in the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 seasons.”

Now it’s time for a new experience for the Emilian spiker, who, despite his young age, is preparing for a radical change in his life and career:

“Yes, this is effectively my first experience away from home. I expect it to be a formative experience that will help me grow tremendously both as a person and as an athlete, helping me mature in every way.”
