Some people build castles, cities, and worlds with Lego in their spare time. And others prefer to build walls on Taraflex. Andrea Zanotti can do both. The new middle blocker for Belluno Volley—born in Verona in 1997—will complete a team already enhanced by the return of Matteo Mozzato, Enrico Basso, and Filippo Bortoletto. Fresh from his experience in Serie A2 with Taranto, he arrives at the foot of the Dolomites, bringing solidity, reliability, and one of his strongest attributes: the ability to make a difference at the net.

SUPERLEAGUE – Zanotti’s career—a wizard and a lover of Lego brick games—has developed almost entirely within Verona, where he began his career before making his Superleague debut in the 2019-2020 season. His journey has been marked by patience and consistency, so much so that he has managed to compete in the top division before consolidating his position in Serie A2. Now, at nearly twenty-nine—he’ll turn twenty-nine on October 28th—he’s ready to put his experience to work for a club that’s returned to the second division after more than fifteen years.

ENVIRONMENT – The decision to become a “rhino”? Almost immediately: “I’ve always heard great things about Belluno Volley,” says the middle blocker. “They’ve achieved significant results, are constantly striving for growth, and work hard. Furthermore, this is a place where volleyball is followed with great passion, and the fans know how to convey a special enthusiasm.”
