The construction of the new Avimec Modica roster continues at a rapid pace, as they begin the Serie A3 championship for the eighth consecutive season.
The blue-and-white management, under the guidance of coach Enzo Distefano, is making targeted moves to enhance the technical depth of the “Galletti” and beyond.
For the offensive department, the blue-and-whites have relied on an experienced player who will be available to the team.
For the 2026/2027 season, spiker Alessandro Graziani will wear the Città della Contea jersey.
Born in 1991, 193 cm tall, Alessandro Graziani arrives in the shadow of Castello dei Conti, after defending the colors of EnergyTime Campobasso last season.
A native of Genoa, Graziani grew up playing volleyball in the youth teams of Olympia Genova Voltri, a team with which he made his senior volleyball debut, playing in the B2 and C series. Before making the leap to the A series, he gained experience in the B1 and B2 leagues with Igo Genova Volley, Plastipol Ovada, Albisola Pallavolo, Pallavolo Genova, Volley Fossano, Pallavolo Alba, and Gibam Fano. His first appearance in the A series came with Emma Villas Siena (A2). For eight seasons, he has played regularly in the A3 series, where he has represented Gestioni&Soluzioni Sabaudia, SA.MA Portomaggiore, Da Rold Logistics Belluno, Negrini CTE Acqui Terme, Sarlux Sarroch, and, last season, EnergyTime Campobasso.
Now, his new adventure begins in Sicily, with Avimec Modica, where his main goal is to help achieve the goals set by the management.
