During the week of the Del Monte® Coppa Italia Final Four in Bologna, Cucine Lube Civitanova will continue to work tirelessly in the gym. The red and whites’ next official match will be an away trip to France, against Montpellier, for the second round of Pool E in the Champions League, a match to be played on Tuesday, February 10th, with the first serve kicking off at 8:00 PM.

While waiting to fully prepare for the upcoming matches, there’s also time to celebrate last Sunday’s excellent performance at the Pala Agsm AIM, where Giampaolo Medei’s men defeated second-place Rana Verona by a narrow margin, displaying grit, resilience, and enormous skill.

Giampaolo Medei (Coach Cucine Lube Civitanova):

“In Verona, we played an excellent match from every perspective. One of the best of the season, the best away game. In the first two sets, we were tied with a slight advantage, so it was crucial to stay mentally strong until the end without losing our composure. I consider this the most positive aspect of the match. We maintained an excellent level of play even in the key moments. We’ll hold on to what we’ve achieved, eager to repeat and confirm our performance.
