Riccardo Mian’s journey with Conad Volley Tricolore continues. The 1998-born opposite hitter will continue his career with the Granata in the 2026/2027 season, continuing a relationship that has brought significant success to both the player and the club in recent seasons.
This will be Mian’s fourth consecutive season in Reggio Emilia, a club where he has carved out a prominent role within the team and with which he has shared some of the most significant moments in the club’s recent history. His career with the Granata has included two promotions: one from Serie A2 to the Superleague in the 2021/2022 season, and the promotion achieved a few months ago with Volley Tricolore’s return to Serie A2.
Mian’s confirmation represents another important step in building the roster for next season, allowing the club to retain a large portion of the team that played a key role in the promotion campaign.
Three questions for Riccardo Mian
What’s your assessment of the season just ended, and how will Volley Tricolore build on its progress to the Serie A2?
“The season was full of satisfaction, and it was a source of immense pride to achieve this result in Reggio Emilia, a club that has always believed in me so much. I believe we’ve already taken a big step forward, retaining a large portion of the team. Starting over with a group that knows each other well and an already very strong backbone will be crucial to tackling next season in the best possible way.”
