This is Milanese middle blocker Matteo Bigioni, who began his career in Segrate and experienced the national series with Diavoli Rosa Brugherio and Vero Volley Monza, before joining Gonzaga Milano, where he played the last championship. My agent and I were looking at Serie B teams, but when President Ambrogio Molteni’s offer came in, it took me very little time to decide. I wasn’t expecting it at all, but I’m really happy with this choice. On a personal level, I’d like to make the most of this first experience in Serie A to improve as much as possible, also learning as much as I can from my teammates.”
