In a SuperLega season characterized by high-paced play and numerous midweek rounds, the weekend break represents a valuable opportunity for the Bianconeri to recharge, both physically and mentally, while also working more consistently in the gym, focusing on physical and technical aspects ahead of the final rush of the regular season. This is where the joint training session held yesterday in Modena with coach Giuliani’s team comes in. It was a useful test to maintain match pace and test some solutions ahead of the upcoming competitive matches.

Sonepar Padova captain Alberto Polo took stock of the situation: “It was a week in which we worked hard. We completed a good amount of training in the gym and also had a good joint training session in Modena, where we were able to test some solutions ahead of the upcoming matches. Now we’re preparing primarily for the away match in Monza, which will be crucial. Then, depending on how that match goes, we’ll also focus on the other two, but for now, our attention is entirely on Monza.”
