Rana Verona’s first CEV Champions League adventure can officially begin: the draw for the five pools of the group stage of the 2026/2027 edition of the continent’s premier competition was held at the European Broadcasting Centre in Luxembourg. Coach Soli’s team, which started in the second tier of the rankings, has been placed in Group E alongside Bogdanka LUK Lublin (POL), Tours VB (FRA), and one of the two winners of the third preliminary round.
Their tournament debut is scheduled for December 8th-10th at home against Tours, while the second Pool match will take place between January 5th and 7th, away to the team that emerges from the qualifying round. The schedule will then continue on January 19-21, away to Lublin. Verona will host the winner of the preliminary round between the 26th and 28th, while the away match will take place in Tours, France, between February 9th and 11th. Finally, the final match of the first phase will take place on February 17th in Poland against Lublin.
