Volley Savigliano is pleased to announce a new signing ahead of the 2026/27 Serie A3 Credem Banca season.

In line with the club’s policy for next year, the new player is a young one: Luca Quaranta.

Born in 2007, Luca is a playmaker born and raised in Turin and joined Volley Parella, his hometown team, in 2017. From then on, he embarked on a long journey, which also led him to a national runner-up finish with the red-and-white and blue Under-17 team.

Now, he’s been called up to Serie A3 for the Savigliano team, where he’ll be able to develop alongside captain Matteo Pistolesi. “I was hoping for an opportunity like this, but when this call came, it was still a great satisfaction. It represents an important step for me, because it allows me to compete in a higher category and at a different level of play. I expect to be able to grow a lot, learn as much as possible, and contribute to the team every chance I get. Pistolesi? I think training and sharing the court with an experienced player like him is a great opportunity. I’ll try to learn from him in every aspect, both technically and mentally. I know it will be a very formative experience, and I believe that working every day with an athlete of his level can help me improve and gain greater awareness of my abilities,” he said in his white-and-blue jersey.

Volley Savigliano wishes Luca every success in his dreams, growing both athletically and personally.
