Born in 1969, he is a former member of the Trebaseleghe club: he played extensively as a coach in the first, second, and third divisions, under-18, and under-16; and as a manager in the Silvolley Serie B team.
After a couple of years as a player and a slew of injuries, he began his coaching career, initially out of necessity but then embracing it as a true calling. He played in Oriago and Mestre, before moving on to San Donà, Paese, and Castelfranco, finally reaching Casale and Mirano.
He also served as a FIPAV advisor in Venice for four years, and then, as in the best prodigal son stories, closed the circle by returning to his native Trebaseleghe starting in February of this year. Even when he was away, he never lost sight of Silvolley’s journey, which he truly considers a second family.
