The draws for the upcoming European Cups took place this morning in Luxembourg, featuring a total of six Italian teams (four competing in the CEV Champions League and two in the CEV Cup).

Regarding the CEV Champions League, the Groups (4th Round) of Europe’s most important competition have been determined, with Sir Sicoma Monini Perugia, Lube J.P. Mynè Civitanova, Rana Verona, and Trentino Itas at the starting line. The Italian teams’ Pools are listed below.

Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza and Modena Volley will be protagonists in the CEV Cup: the red and whites will face, in the Round of 32, the team from the 05/06 match of the 32nd round of the CEV Cup: one of Orions Stars Doetinchem (NED) and UGD Stip STIP (MKD), opponents in the first round of the Champions League, with the loser receiving a bye draw. The yellow and blues will start from the round of 32 where they will challenge the loser of the 01/02 CEV Champions League match, that is one between Fino Kaposvar (HUN) and OK Napredak Odzak (BIH).
