The Italian national team calls, and Giulio Magalini answers: our new spiker is among the 12 athletes called up by Head Coach Vincenzo Fanizza to represent the Italian men’s team at the 2025 World University Games, taking place in Germany from July 16th to 27th.
This is great news for Giulio, for Yuasa Battery Grottazzolina, and for all the fans who will have the chance to see our talent in action even before the season begins! The games will be streamed free of charge on the Olympic Channel via Olympics.com: an unmissable opportunity to get up close and personal with one of the new faces on our 2025/26 roster.
