As part of the school project, a delegation from Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza attended a meeting this morning in the gymnasium of the Renzo Pezzani Primary School in Piacenza. Approximately two hundred students from the fourth and fifth grades attended.

Coordinated by Vittorino Francani, Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza’s School Project Coordinator, Deputy Headmaster Cinzia D’Onofrio, Sports Coordinator Elena Ferrari, and Physical Education teacher Antony Di Maio, Matteo Antonucci, Technical Manager of the Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza Youth Sector, accompanied by his assistants Francesco Caminiti and Marco Lenzi, libero Luca Loreti, a World Championship runner-up with the Under-21 National Team, and sixteen-year-old spiker Gianfranco Tragni from the youth sector, spoke to the students about volleyball and answered their questions.

Vittorino Francani explained the school project, which aims to bring the red and white club ever closer to young people and schools. Matteo Antonucci spoke about the importance of playing sports, recalling that “in volleyball, you win and lose together. The ball must be passed to your teammates at every play, and points are won together.” He then invited all the students to “come visit us and try playing.”
